Jessica Lah was born and raised in Orange County, California. She holds a BFA in fine art from the California State University of Long Beach. She escaped suburban life to paint and study abroad in Florence, Italy and at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art in China. She has been featured at galleries in China, California, and in the permanent collection in Museo de Cinque Terre in Italy. In 2012 Jessica self published an art book of 275 watercolors recording her travels abroad. She used the profits from the book to fund her solo, self supported bicycle tour across the United States and Canada, crossing over 4,100 miles. She currently resides in the neighborhood of Fremont in Seattle Washington where she works as both an artist and bicycle tour guide for Bicycle Adventures.
